"Great feed me experience. Tailored dining to experience the menu as an intended whole. Supplemented by high end cocktails and wine selection. Warm fire and knowledgeable service amongst the snow. Great experience, definitely recommend the crudo, grilled chicken and anchovy soldiers on fresh baked foccacia."

"A once in a lifetime dining experience that everyone must experience when staying at Falls Creek. Absolutely amazing atmosphere with the open plan fireplace in the centre of the dining room. The quick and quality service from a well stocked cocktail bar was complimented beautifully by the efficient and welcoming customer service. Would give 10 stars if possible!!"

"Beautiful place, the bonfire makes the place a very cozy space. Unique experience, we were 6 friends and we ordered the "fed me" menu where they gave us different options to try and they were all exquisite. Several entrees, 2 main dishes, and dessert. The Noxious Baroness is delicious, we also ordered a bottle of the Sparkling Moscato and it is EXQUISITE. The service is excellent, 100% recommend the experience."

"Sorella redefines après ski dining with its perfect blend of rustic charm and casual luxury. The cocktail menu impresses with my personal favourite Cherry Smoked Old fashioned with wood smoked glass and nice blend of whiskey. The highlight of the meal is the slow-braised lamb, tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection with a masterful blend of herbs and spices served with fresh tzatziki and lamb jus as a centre piece sharing experience. Dessert is equally captivating, with the bombe alaska flamed at table, fresh sponge and butterscotch icecream. Also shoutout to Sarah and Izie for being such great hosts and also Tayla for looking after our group all night. Also to the very talented chef's Woody, Donovan & Devan for putting together such a unique menu. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Absolutely enjoyed the fabulous 'feed me' menu, in which we were served the best dishes to share amongst us! Favourites include the octopus skewers, the anchovy toast, the tartare and the fabulous chicken & grain salad. The atmosphere & the staff are lovely as well, making this a place well worth a visit on the mountain!"

"Had the most DELICIOUS time at Sorella !!! Came in for a casual dinner and somewhere to work in and it turned out to be sooo much more than I expected. To start I found the host and wait staff to be efficient, lovely and incredibly caring about your dining experience. When the food came out I could clearly see the high quality ingredients and strong attention to detail with presentation and mixture of yum flavours. I actually cannot describe the tasting experience as it was overly satisfying but I was having breaks simply to appreciate how delicious this food was. With the accompanying cocktail (highly recommend noxious baroness !!!) I was in heaven! Could not recommend the whole experience enough, a must if you're visiting falls creek."
